Emma Munson
     Emma Munson was born on 26 February 1855 in Bailey's Prairie, Brazoria County, Texas.1,2 She was the daughter of Mordello Stephen Munson and Sarah Kimbrough Armour.1 She married Reverend Joseph Lapsley Murray, son of David J. Murray and Eveline Mary Bradley, on 27 June 1882 at "the residence of Colonel Mordello Stephen Munson," Ridgely Plantation, Bailey's Prairie, Brazoria County, Texas.3 She died on 15 February 1936 at the Murray ranch, near Angleton, Brazoria County, Texas, at age 80.4,1 She was buried on 16 February 1936 in Munson Cemetery, Bailey's Prairie.1,5
