Alice Munson
     Mary Alice Munson was born on 11 March 1902 in Angleton, Brazoria County, Texas.1,2 She was the daughter of Hillen Armour Munson and Lilla Mary Cox.1 She married William Barton Jack Ball on 27 December 1921 at First Methodist Church, Angleton, Brazoria County, Texas.3,2 She died while visiting her sister Carrie in Angleton on 28 February 1945 at age 42.1,2 She was buried on 2 March 1945 in Angleton Cemetery.4 Click to view image
     
     Alice attended Angleton schools where she was a top athlete, the class beauty, and the valedictorian of her graduating class at Angleton High School. She attended the University of Texas where she met W. B. Jack Ball of Farmersville, Texas. They always lived in San Antonio where Jack was a lawyer.5
