Haswell and is now in the possession of Richard Reynolds, Jr., and Eliz. his wife the dau. of the said George Williams and lawful inheritrix. Now, we Richard Hutchins and Elizabeth. His wife, the dau. of Joseph Cobbs, Jr., dec. the eldest son of Joseph Cobbs, Sr., dec. for 1000 lbs. tbco. sell to Richard Reynolds, Jr., and confirmed by Richard Hutchins and wife Eliz. of Western Branch Nansemond County. 10 April 1671.6,7
