     Ann Hitchcock was born on 25 September 1664 in Saco, York County, Maine.1,2 She was the daughter of Lieut. Richard Hitchcock and Lucretia Williams.1
     
     Ann Hitchcock and Margaret were twins. The record of their birth does not give the names of the children3 As there are two children named in their father's will for whom there are no other birth records, Ann and Margaret, it is assumed that they were the two unnamed children born on this date.4
