     Robert Lee Horn was born on 16 October 1877.2 He was the son of William Lemuel Horn and Naomi Simmons1 or 23 October 1878 in Fairfield, Freestone County, Texas.3 He married Winnie Loraine King on 4 July 1897 in Ardmore, Carter County, Oklahoma.3 He was struck by lightning and killed while watching an electrical storm from his porch on 15 May 1929 in Vera, Knox County, Texas, at age 51.2,3 He was buried on 17 May 1929 in Vera Cemetery.2,4,3
